Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. SwishTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud.

5. Orders, Returns & Refunds

• Sales apply to hardware and accessories only.
• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Hygiene-sealed items, including earbuds, are non-returnable once opened.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only and processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Warranty

• All hardware products include a 2-year limited global warranty unless stated otherwise.
• The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available depending on the customer’s device and region.

SwishTech reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions due to payment failures, suspected fraud, or chargebacks.

8. Digital Products & Services

SwishTech may offer digital products and services, including software, subscriptions, applications, and extended warranties. Additional terms may apply and will be disclosed at the point of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwishTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or its products.
