- SwishEar & SwishHear: 3 years
- SwishPC, SwishDesk & SwishLaptop: 2 years
Warranty coverage begins from your purchase date. Registering your device activates your warranty and links it to your SwishTech account.
What’s covered
- Manufacturing and material defects
- Hardware faults under normal use
- Battery defects (full warranty coverage)
What’s not covered
- Accidental damage
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs
